Welcome to the Solent Art Society
We are a group of artists interested in painting and drawing in various media. Our members cover a wide range of experience and are drawn from the Hill Head/Fareham/Gosport area. We meet most Wednesday evenings during term–time at the Lee–on–the–Solent Community Association. We paint or draw together almost every week on subjects of our own choosing, based upon the theme for the term or on ideas taken from a visiting demonstrator. We hold periodic exhibitions and go on outings to places of artistic interest. We have lots of fun and help is always at hand from our resident professional artist.
